I am currently preparing to serve my mission in Rome, Italy. I am the youngest of 4 children and look up to my 3 amazing brothers and wonderful parents. I love to spend time with my friends and family, especially outdoors. I love the ocean, the mountains, life, and I love the Gospel!
Why I am a Mormon
I am a Mormon because nothing has ever brought me more joy than the Gospel. The happiest and brightest times in my life are all because of the simple and beautiful truths of the Gospel. I could not have gone through any of the trials and struggles in my life without my Heavenly Father and Savior by my side. I have felt the Savior ease my burdens, wrap his arms around me, and love me unconditionally whether I deserved it or not. I am a Mormon because my Heavenly Father has never failed me. He is constantly looking out for me, and has stood by my side every step of the way. He has helped me to endure the darkest of times in order to become a better person. As a result, I have become closer to God. This Gospel is incredible, it has given me hope, peace, and has helped me to gain an eternal perspective. It has helped me to identify and fulfill my purpose here on this earth. It has given me so much knowledge, understanding, and purpose in my life. I know this church is true through the Holy Ghost. It has testified the truths of the Gospel, enlightened my mind and enhanced every aspect of my life. I have read the Book of Mormon, prayed about it, and felt through the Spirit that it is true. As a result, I have been given direction, knowledge, and have been protected from sin and the temptations of the world. I am a Mormon because the Gospel is so simple yet so beautiful to me! Through experience I have been converted unto Christ and I know it is true.
How I live my faith I live my faith by striving to bring the happiness the Gospel gives me to those around me. I do my best to find opportunities where I can serve and meet the needs of others. I have had many wonderful opportunities to do humanitarian work all around the world, including Honduras, Guatemala, Fiji, and Tonga. Ultimately, I try to love and see people for who they can become just like Christ does. I also love spending time in the temple.
